How long will shipping take?
We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. We have a 1-3 day dispatch window which allows us to hand pour and package your candles. All orders will then be sent by Royal Mail (2nd Class) taking 2-3 working days to arrive, including saturdays. Your item(s) should take no longer than a week to be with you unless we are extremely busy.
Postage disclaimer
Should items be damaged in transit, an exchange for the same product will be offered. In such cases where the product may not be available, a full refund excluding the postage cost will be given. Should an order be returned due to the recipient being unable to recieve the order, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost for the item to be redelivered.
